The Quality Process at JieLong involves every person doing whatever it takes to insure that the products you require are produced to your exact specifications and delivered on time.
We employ stringent quality control practices in compliance with our Quality Control Manual. All the products are made by our Zhuji Jielong Pipe System co.,ltd will be strictly tested for three process-initial test ,mutual test and specialist test .
At Jielong Pipe System co.,ltd. everyone is concerned with quality. The Quality Control Department keeps a history of all manufactured parts through inspection records and sample pieces. Statistical Control charts are used to study the efficiency and capability of a manufacturing process and to achieve zero defects in the process.
